Software Licence
Software ownership
WorkToSocial is a proprietary software product owned by VISION PRINT EOOD, UIC 202512955, VAT No. BG202512955, Bulgaria. VISION PRINT EOOD is represented by Aleksandar Pashev. All rights reserved. Software, source code, architecture, design, product branding, documentation, licensing technology and other proprietary components remain with the software owner. Third-party components retain their own ownership and licences.
Right to use
A customer receives permission to use WorkToSocial within the scope, users, modules, installation, domain, term and commercial plan of its applicable written licence. Purchase or activation does not transfer software or intellectual property ownership.
Licence restrictions
Unless expressly permitted under a separate written agreement, the software may not be copied, redistributed, sublicensed, resold or made available to third parties outside the scope of the applicable licence. This is a licence restriction, not a claim that copying is technically impossible. Mandatory legal rights and applicable third-party licences are not overridden by this notice.
SaaS
The customer owns or controls its uploaded business content according to applicable terms, permissions and policies. Hosted access provides a right to use the service. The software owner retains the software and associated intellectual property.
Enterprise / BYOC
The customer owns or controls its customer data and customer-owned cloud, storage, database, domain and billing account, subject to applicable agreements. Customer-owned infrastructure does not confer ownership of the underlying software.
Manual commercial activation
Enterprise licensing uses a manually issued invoice, payment by bank transfer, human confirmation and manual activation by an authorized Central Platform Super Admin. A new licence is PENDING and cannot activate itself. There is no payment gateway, automatic bank verification or access to customer bank credentials. Development mode remains independent and non-enforcing.
Term, expiry, suspension and revocation
Issue, activation and expiry dates and the applicable licence status are recorded. Renewal requires human payment confirmation and manual extension. Expiry, grace, suspension, revocation and service continuity rules must be defined in the reviewed agreement before commercial enforcement. No destructive action is implied.
Updates and third-party software
Update eligibility and support depend on the applicable agreement and plan. Third-party/open-source components keep their copyright, licence notices and rights. Proprietary restrictions apply to original product components only; required third-party terms are preserved.
